How to make homemade potato chips cut with a spiralizer and cooked in an air fryer with chili cheese seasoning. This video shows how to use a Wolfgang Puck spiralizer to cut the potatoes and an Emeril 3.5 qt air fryer to fry the chips. I also use a scrub daddy sponge to prepare the potatoes and cut them with a Ming Tsai ceramic knife. Best tips for making homeade potato chips include:
- 1. Cutting the potatoes very thin so that the air fryer will make them extra crispy.
- 2. Do not overfill the air fryer basket. You need good air circulation to ensure all of the potato chips are cooked evenly and crispy.
- 3. Shake the basket full of potato chips half way through the cooking process to ensure even cooking.
